By the means of a driver's operation unit, the driver can perform self-service during the weigning proces.

Partly for reasons of rationalization og the weighing task and partly in order to make weighing possible at times beyond usual working hours.

The operation unit is placed next to the weighbridge. The task is to establish communication with the data processing plant of the weighing system.

Newly developed PC Operation Unit

The newly developed PC operation unit gives unseen possibilities for driver self-service.

A colour touch screen gives admission to the weighing programme and several more print possibilities.

A motor card reader gives fewer card reading errors. The unit is both for in- and out weigning and outloading.

The PC operation unit contains the following:
- 8,4" colour LCD screen
- Fingertouch screen
- Motor card reader
- Matrix printer
- Windows

The new possibilities:
- New card reader keeps the card untill the
weighing is finished.
- Printer is directly connected to the PC, which
gives more print possibilities.
- The BridgeMaster weighing programme supports
both old and the new unit.
- Possibility of interrupting the weighing.
- For security matters, only relevant screen dumps
are displayed.
