MIMADOS Microdosing

In the majority of cases when carrying out dosing of the products of powder, minerals and granulates in large or small quantities it is important to carry out an accurate dosing of these quantities as certain raw materials are extremely costly. The microdosing weighing system has been developed for the purpose of solving such a task. It is a complete system for precise weighing of as well free-flowing materials as difficult materials which are at the same time dosed in quantities of big volume.

Dosing Unit

The dosing unit is built in accordance with a newly developed method. This method is so unique that we have chosen to take out a patent for this unit. The dosing is carried out by means of a dosing screw mounted with a vibrator.

The advantage is that you will always have some material in the vibrator unit, which will not be blocked because of materials passing through during coarse dosing. This results in an accurate fine flow being the basis of an accurate dosing.
