Outloading with the highest precision.

Grid slides is especially designed for outloading purposes, where it is essential to avoid cross contamination. Therefore the grid slides are all mounted with a scraper to minimize the residue in the bin after emptying.

The grid slides come with a vertical adapter flange for mounting on silo outlets connecting grid slides with silos. The adapter flange is designed, so that it is possible to adjust the grid slides vertically in order to have them all mounted in same level.

The movable parts of grid slides runs on ball bearings, in order to offer a minimum of noise and wear.

The grid slide, model GSH are as a standard carried out in 4 different sizes but can also be especially manufactured. Please note that the lenght is determined by a stroke of 80 mm's on the hydraulic cylinder. The stroke decides the possible variations in opening lenghtwise.Normally the grid slides are manufactured from mild steel, this however can be altered on customer demand.
