The Danvægt automatic outloadning system is the
optimum solution within the use of automatic outloading. This
system differs from traditional outloading systems as regards
a number of substantial points:
- Dosing is carried out extremely precisely and quickly by means
of the multi slide feeders above the mobile bulk scale.
- The mobile bulk scale moves quicker than traditional mobile
bulk scales, as it has four working engines instead of two as
usual.
- The total speediness results in saving more time for the weighing
procedure itself which therefore improves the dosing accuracy.
Compared with usual outloading systems with a typical faulty
dosing of 3-400 kg., the Danvægt outloading system will have
a faulty dosing of only 3-4 kg.
- This results in the fact that you will have finished goods
for all incoming trucks, when often it usually might occur that
there would be no goods to fill into the last incoming truck,
whereas the trucks, coming in ahead of this last incoming truck,
received too much finished goods.
- The weighing system is fully automatic 24 hours a day, so
manning only needs to be at a minimum or not present at all.
The supply of raw material takes place automatically through
the drivers' entering on a driver's operation unit/terminal
at the intake hopper. |
